From a junction with the company's main line to London in Barford, through Kettering, Rushton, Glendon, Newton, Geddington, Great Oakley, Little Oakley, Stanion, Corby, Great Weldon, Little Weldon, Rockingham, Deene, Deenethorpe, Gretton, Harringworth, Laxton (Northants.); Seaton, Thorpe by Water, Morcott, Glaston, Liddington, Bisbrooke, Uppingham, Wing, Preston, Pilton, Lyndon, Martinsthorpe, Manton (Rutland); terminating in Manton in a junction with the company's Syston and Peterborough line near Manton Station.
