Crown grant to Washington Earl Ferrers of all the estates manors goods and chattels pertaining to Laurence Earl Ferrers prior to his Attainder for murder and execution, with provision for the existing charges on the estate. Includes recital of Inquisition taken at Towcester on 19 Oct. 1761 on the estates of Laurence, Earl Ferrers, and its encumbrances; liability for £7,000 as a result of settlement of suit Nightingale and others v. Ferrers in 1733, settlement on separation from Countess Ferrers, residue owing £1,548; various trusts and settlements on his offspring (5 daus., named Clifford) charities, children of John Johnson, (whom he murdered), and family commitments.
