Covenant to levy a fine on a messuage in Ebnal called the Pint (Thomas Boodle), messuage (heretofore Griffith Jones, now Thomas Pool) in Daywell; messuage in Ebnal Roger Richards), all lately the estate of Edward Lloyd of Llwynymaen esq and conveyed to Maurice, as 3 messuages, 100 acres land, 40 acres meadow, 60 acres pasture and common of pasture in the townships of Ebnal and Daywell and parishes of Whittington and St Martins, to enure to use of persons Maurice shall appoint or to use of Maurice his heirs and assigns
