3. Richard Fawcett of Lancaster, co. Lancashire, marble merchant

4. John Pearson of 10 Longpool, Kendal, stonemason

Recitals:- bankruptcy of (3) whilst seised of premises

- Appointment of (1) as trustee of (3)'s estate

- Sale by (2) as equitable mortgagee of premises, to (4) of premises for £385, which was due to (2)

Premises: [as in conveyance, 27 September 1722] now divided into 4 tenements, nos. 8, 10, 12, 14 Far Cross Bank, and occupied by Miss Blamire, Miss Richardson, Mrs Atkinson, Mr William Udall
