Breviat and depositions of witnesses in a suit brought in 1672 by Thomas Thynne, [aft. 1st Viscount Weymouth], James Thynne and Henry Frederick Thynne, all sons of Sir Henry Frederick Thynne, Bart. against John Thynne Esq. of Egham, and John Thynne his son and heir concerning their rights to certain manors late belonging to, and settled by the last will and codicils of, Sir James Thynne of Longleat [d. 12 Oct. 1 1670].
