Rutland, grazier: (i) the capital messuage in HAMBLETON called the Hall House (ii) 133 acres of meadow and pasture called Andrews Closes, Well Close, Ball Leys, Tween Brooks, Clerks Close, Bushcrofts, Three Acre Meadow, Upper Lampleys (iii) 40 acres of pasture called Brigfurlong and Nether Lampleys: to hold the same for a term of 3 years - said messuage and 133 acres from 11 November next ensuing and said 40 acres from 25 March next ensuing.
