Thomas Crumpe's title to a messuage and lands in Ledwich is based on a deed of partition of 30 Apr 1489 between the heirs of Thomas Mordeford. The manor place of Sheriffs Ledwich and a moiety of the advowson were allotted to Isabel, widow of Thomas Stanwardyn.
