From; Frances Bentley of Wolverhampton, Staffs, widow of William Bentley, late of Exhall in the County of the City of Coventry, deceased, to William Bentley of Wolverhampton provision dealer of the property conveyed in PA 171/14/1. Covenants that the rents are to be divided between both parties, that the lessee provides board and lodging for Frances Bentley for life in his house. If the lessor dies first the above estate is to be free from any debts and expenses any husband of the latter may incur. Codicil of the will of William Bentley deceased, 28 November 1819 recited. This lease is endorsed 11 November 1834 making void the above agreement, William Bentley yielding up the property to Frances Bentley for the residue of the term of 99 years.
