Covenant for the production of title deeds. Whereas several deeds described in the 1st second and third schedules annexed which relate to the manor of Cause, relate to premises also in mortgage to them respectively William Cooper, Richard Clarke, and John Richards, it was agreed that they should stay in the custody of them, Cooper, Clarke and Richards and they now agree that at the reasonable request in writing of Owen Thomas they will produce the deeds shown on the schedule and also cause them to be copied at Thomas's cost the indentures to be produced are 15 & 16 July 1831 lease and release 1 July 1830 Bond
