Description

PARTIES: 1. John Chambers late of the Prince of Wales's or tenth Regiment of Light Dragoons but now of the Priory Old Windsor, Berks. esq.

2. Peter Henry of North Willingham, in the county of Lincoln, gent.

3. Edward Howard of Maddox Street, Hanover Square, Middx, gent(a trustee nominated on behalf of 2.)

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: In consideration of £600 paid to 1. from 2. at the hands of Thomas Machin of Pall Mall in the county of Middx, gent. his agent. 1. grants to 2. for the term of the natural life of 1. an annuity of £100 payable quarterly in the common Dining Hall of Lincolns Inn on the 28th of April, July, October and January in every year.

In consideration of the further sum of 5/- paid to 1. 1. assigns to 3. in trust similar to those in cat. no. Hey/III/ii/1.

CONSIDERATION: £600. 5/-
