Abstract of the title of Robert Willoughby [of Aspley Hall, co. Nottingham] esq. one of the executors of the will of Edward Ferrers esq. see DR 3/ 436. to sell certain woods in Baddesley Clinton in performance of the said will. The deeds recited cover the period 10 and 11 January 1711/12 to 12 February 1793. With four opinions of counsel attached dated 15 June 1799, 24 June 1799, 1 November 1799 and 14 December 1799.
