Concerns: Lady Alia Talbot at Malatride near Dublin; a description of Lady Alia Talbot's elderly father who lives nearby and their family; Lady Killman late from France; the western side of Ireland being the ideal spot if the Spaniards wish to make a descent into Ireland. his concern that the protestants are outnumbered against the papists and do not have arms; his intention for Marscille to see what needs to be done in Galway; having no power to detain suspicious people; a copy of a letter from Mr Gee for Fitzgerald.
The letter contains some symbols of cypher letters within the letter and a lot of crossing out. -
