Letter of Charles Mate of the Lodge at the Swan Inn, Dover, to Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary, stating that the warrant will be sent back in a few days and including a list of members who wish to continue with the warrant and the names of those who were once members but are now disproved of due to their recent conduct. Also states that they do not mind if they are sent back another warrant rather that the old one, as long as the other group of names mentioned do not receive it.
