1. William Middelton of Langthwait, gentleman and Thomas Myddelton of Lecke, co. Lancaster, gentleman, brother of William.

2. Robert Tolnson of Casterton, chapman.

Premises: all that capital messuage or site with appurts. called Langthwaithall in Casterton in occupation of (1).

Covenant: warranty of title.

Consideration: £310.

Witnesses: Bryan Manserghe, Edward Taifeild, Rychard Aplegarth, Thomas Dawney, Edwarde Baines "scriptorem".

Endorsements:- livery of seisin, 15 February 1601.
