Description

Release: Sarah Antrobus, Lettice Antrobus and Catherine Antrobus, sisters and devisees of the last will of Burgess Antrobus, late of Birmingham, co. Warwick, Dr. of Physick, deceased, to Richard Rann of Birmingham, gent.: the two closes called the Broom closes containing 10 acres, two little meadows adjoining the same, containing 5 & a-half acres adjoining on most parts the lands heretofor of Richard Scott, William Kendrick and John Addys lying in Ashfurlong Quarter of the parish of SUTTON COLDFIELD, of which premises the said Richard Rann stands seised by virtue of a lease dated the date before these presents: to hold the same to the said Richard Rann for ever to the use of said Sarah, Lettice and Catherine for the term of a their natural lives and the life of the longer liver of them; after their several deaths to the use of the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them.
