From a junction with Railway No 2 authorised by the Great Northern Railway (Melton to Leicester) Act, 1873, at its termination in Tilton (Leics.); through Billesdon, Skeffington, Withcote, Whatborough, Loddington, Tugby, East Norton, Allexton, Goadby, Noseley, Horinghold, Stockerston, Hallaton, Glooston, Cranoe, Stonton Wyville, Slawston, Blaston Holt, Medbourne, Great Easton, Bringhurst, Drayton, Thorpe Langton, Welham (Leics.); Cottingham, East Carlton, Ashley, Weston by Welland, Sutton Basset (Northants.); terminating in a junction with the Rugby and Stamford branch of the LNWR in Weston.
Railway No 2. From a junction with Railway No 1 in Hallation, through Blaston, Holt, Slawston, Bringhurst, Great Easton, Drayton, Medbourne (Leics.); Ashley, East Carlton, Cottingham (Northants.); terminating in Bringhurst (Leics.) in the Rugby and Stamford branch of the LNWR.
Railway No 3. From a junction with the Nottingham and Grantham branch of the Great Northern Railway in Saxondale (Notts.); through Shelford, Bingham, Cropwell Butler, Cropwell Bishop, Wiverton Hall, Whatton, Elton, Langar, Barnston cum Granby (Notts.); Plungar, Harby, Stathern (Leics.); terminating in a junction with Railway No 2 authorised by the 1872 Act (as above) in Stathern.
