Architects drawings of proposed alterations to cottage, scale 1 inch : 8 feet (Stockford, Careless & Ashwell), 1956; register of local land charges, 1956; fire insurance policy, 1956; correspondence with health inspector, 1958-1959; structural survey of cottage, 1966; draft lease of cottage to Bisley Parochial Church Council, 1968; valuation and draft of sale particulars, 1970; list of trustees of Bisley Feoffees; auctioneer's sale particulars (Davis, Champion & Payne), 1972; copy of transfer of cottage from trustees to Mrs Judy Mary Baldwin (nominee of Betty Francis White), cottage sold at auction for £10,700, 1972; correspondence over strip of land adjoining cottage, transfer to new owners John and Stella Mulligan, 1974
