2. William Shuker of the Waen, Llansaintffraid, Montgom., Esq. and Elizabeth his wife
3. Thomas Plimley of Bank Farm, Guilsfield, Montgom., gent.
4. The said Elizabeth Shuker
5. John Richards of Whittington, gent.
Catherine and Elizabeth are seised in coparceny of 2/3 of lands firstly hereinafter described, shown on the first map in the margin, coloured green, as descendants of Edward Edwards jnr. late of Carreghofa, gent, decd. Thomas Plimley is seised of the other third by the will of Mary Plimley late of Bank Farm his late wife decd., sister of Catherine and Elizabeth.
Recital of indenture of 14 Nov. 1830
Elizabeth Shuker, with the consent of William, has proposed to convey the plot of land coloured blue on the first map, secondly hereinafter described, to uses below and the parties have agreed to partition the estates thus:-
That the fences of the pieces firstly and secondly described below and which fences appear on the first map to be taken up and Thomas and Catherine Evans and the heirs of Catherine shall have in severalty as their share of the pieces of land comprised in the schedule below marked A, shown on the second map coloured green;
That the Shukers and the heirs of Elizabeth shall have in severalty as their share the pieces in the schedule marked B shown in the second map coloured blue.
Now Elizabeth Shuker with the consent of William, appoints that the plot of land secondly described shall remain and the indenture of 14 Nov. 1830 to enure to the uses below.
The Evanses, Shukers and Plimley grant to John Richards the piece of land in the Wernlas in Maesbrook Issa (6a 2p) formerly part of the common in the Township of Maesbrook Issa and which was sold under the award of Valentine Vickers, gent., the Commissioner appointed by Act of 47 Geo III for enclosing lands in the Manor of Knockin to raise money for expenses of enclosure; allotted to Edward Edwards, No. 111 in the award.
A Piece of land in the Wernlas in Maesbrook Issa (4a 2r 2p) also part of the common in Maesbrook Issa allotted to Edward Edwards in exchange for a piece called Cae Cams purchased by him from the Rev. Samuel Har.....[hole] D.D., which piece now conveyed formed part of the piece of land in the award No. 112, which two pieces conveyed, now or late in the tenure of Wm Shuker and Richard Croxon are shown on the first map in the margin and coloured green.
A piece of land on Maesbrook Green in the township of Maesbrook (1a 1r 16p) sold by the Commissioner to Edward Edwards to raise money for the expenses of the Act and allotted to Edward Edwards, being No.35 and shown on the first map, coloured green.
A piece of land, other part of the common on the Wernlas in Maesbrook Issa, alloted by the commissioner to Edward Edwards (with other land) in respect of his settled estate at Maesbrook and which formed other part of the piece in the award numbered 112, which piece is now thrown into and forms part of the firstly mentioned pieces and was formerly in the occupation of William Shuker, but now of Richard Croxon, shown on the first map in the margin and coloured blue, with all trees, woods, ponds, ways, etc.
To John Richards, to uses:- as to the property in schedule, A, coloured green on the second map, to such uses as the Evan ses appoint, and indefault to bother for their lives and that of the survivor, then as Catherine appoints, and in default of such, to her and her heirs forever; as for the parts of the pieces of land in Schedule, B, coloured red on the second map, to the uses and on the trusts declared in the recited release of 14 Nov. 1830; as for parts of the pieces marked C in the schedule coloured blue in the 2nd map, to the use of Thomas Plimley, his heirs and assigns forever. He declares no wife shall have dower from the same.
