Assignment from Susanna Blick of Norton Lindsey, widow and administratrix of Mathew Blick, late of the same, with the consent of Henry Tomes of Southam, joiner and carpenter, to John Cookes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, for £80, of a mortgage, recited (no. 102), of property in Snitterfield; to hold for the residue of a term of 1000 years in trust for Thomas Cookes of Billesley, gentleman, to attend the inheritance and freehold which the said Thomas Cookes has contracted to purchase from Henry Tomes for £500.
