Assignment from Shirley Farmer Steele Perkins esq., William Whateley and Thomas Gem, gentlemen, commissioners under a commission of bankruptcy awarded against William Holmes of Studley, co. Warwick, baker and mealman, dealer and chapman, to Richard Willington of the same, gent., and John Tarlton of Tanworth, same county, miller, of all the properties of the said William Holmes in Studley or elsewhere in trust for their immediate disposal.
