Quitclaim from Thomas Wright the elder and Thomas Wright the younger of Kenelworth wheelwrights to Edward Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. of two cottages and three closes of meadow or pasture called Bradshawes grove in Baddesly in the tenure of Thomas Hill and Richard Phillips. To hold the same for ever, Consideration: £3.
