Description

Of 12-16 (even) and 24-34 (even) Mayola Road, Clapton. Series begins with lease of 1882 from Richard James Cary Elwes, Willoughby Breare Still Rackham, George Thomas Field, William Puckle to Mary HOlmes and Charles Weeks of 37 Cazenove Rd, builder, mortgagers and William Porter of Arthur St, Well St, builder in which Porter, the builder of No 26 takes a lease on it.In 1888 Porter's mortgage is assigned to George Pavey whose executor assigns the property in 1896 to Florence Pailthorpe, which passes to Edwin Pailthorpe on her death in 1943.
