Part of highway between top of Bottlescrew Hill and Crumps Corner, 127 rods [698½ yards] long, to be diverted to new line through lands of George Frederick Douce and Augustus Edmund Douce of Boughton Monchelsea, Esqs. and William Russell of Loose, farmer, 80 rods [440 yards] long.

Order: at Bearsted, 25 September 1820, with plan.

Consent of A.E. Douce, G.F. Douce, and W. Russell, 23 September 1820.

Affidavit concerning service and publication of notices, 17 October 1820.
