Folio 279. Letter from Walter May Barton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board. He informs them that Frank Roach, Schoolmaster and Miss E M Skinner [Elizabeth Martha Skinner], Schoolmistress at the workhouse, have both given notice, expiring one month from 27 November 1879 of their intention to resign from their respective appointments.
Annotated: 'F Roach appointed Schoolmaster July 1876 £30. E M Skinner appointed Schoolmistress, August 1874, £25. These officers have been appointed at Faversham Union', 5 December 1879.
