Deeds and related papers of 57a 1r 12p of land in 12 closes in Silfield Division,...

Including closes called Bartletts (8a) and Horse Close (8a) with a messuage called Woodhouse, and also of 2a 2r 36p in 4 closes formerly copyhold of Manor of Wymondham Cromwells. The former was inherited by Thomas G. Payne in 1764 and passed Payne-Wick-Goodwin. In 1810 an allotment of 8a 2r 6p was awarded to William Goodwin by the Wymondham enclosure commissioners and passed with his other copyhold premises Long-Newman-Moore. In 1902 John H. Moore of Norwich, butcher was admitted to the premises and arranged its enfranchisement. The land copyhold of Wymondham Cromwells was sold by John Wicks to W. Goodwin, then passed as above.
