Of William Pearson (of Coventry, yeoman) who consigns his effects to his wife Ann and other personalty to his son William Henry; the testator bequeaths his dwelling at Warwick Lane, Coventry and a £13 annuity to his wife during her widowhood, the latter issuing from the testator's Greyfriars' and Warwick Lanes messuages; subject to this, all the realty is given to W.H. Pearson for life and then to his offspring (whom the testator's trustees will support if the son die during their minorities); the executors are Thomas Dewes and Walter Hollick (both of Coventry; respectively a solicitor and butcher).
