Property: In consideration of 5s., 1.leases to 2. for a year: Messuage in New St. Chipping Norton, formerly held by Henry Parish weaver, then by Samuel Baughan then by Widow Knibbs, and Charles Roff, and now or late by Charles Kirtland with a cottage late held by Phoebe Ford, widow and now by Robert Hall on the east and tenement late held by Joseph Higgins, staymaker, now by Thomas Stratford on the north side; and small piece of ground lately used as yard or backway to the messuage formerly held by Charles Roff and now or late by Charles Kirtland. Peppercorn rent on last day of term if demanded.
