Parties and property as in 1-3, which are recited.
WN, in consideration of his natural love and affection towards his wife Rebecca Lady Abergavenny, and as additional satisfaction for her dower of £10,000 (consideration money for sale of the manor of Kidderminster, Worcestershire), appoints that ES is to hold the property in trust to permit WN to receive the annual rents, issues and profits (over and above the reserved rent and after deduction to ES for expenses) for life, remainder to pay £100 annually out of the income to Lady Abergavenny and the residue as WN may appoint
