William Bernard Ullathorne, Bishop of Birmingham]; outlines the second part of his report into the irregularities at Sedgley Park, including problems with the departure of the boys and their luggage, the Good Friday orgies, the departure of staff and servants, the Rev. Mr Butler's 'poisoning case', the private character of the Rev. Prefect against whom he will bring evidence to 'show his cruel and bloodthirsty instincts' leading to the death of a student.
