The Register is split into three sections. In the 'Marriages' section details include the name of the proprietor of shares/stock, to whom they were married, the date and place of marriage, new address( if changed) and whom the marriage was lodged by. Within the 'Powers of Attorney' section, the name of share/stock holder, name of the attorney, date of power, remarks and whom lodged the claim are found. Within the 'Sundry Documents' section, the name of the share/stock holder is detailed - along with a brief description of the document registered, any remarks made and by whom the document was lodged. From volume 6 onwards the 'Powers of Attorney' and 'Sundry Documents' are found in separate volumes (BS.DL/2/5 and BS.DL/2/6).
