Description

Settlement after marriage of Jacob Neufville of Jamaica, and Sibella Phoebe his wife; reciting the will (1783) of her father William Sutherland of Lymington, Hants., his legacy to her of £1000; that she was 21 this June, that she has as yet no marriage settlement; alludes to Jacob's plantations, negroes, etc.; - settlement concerns the said legacy of £1000

The parties to the settlement were as follows:

Jacob Neufville and Sibella Phoebe his wife (as described above).

Sibella Sutherland of Lymington, Hants., widow (her mother)

Thomas Dickson of Southampton, Esq., and John Cruikshank of Birchin Lane, City of London, Esq.
