Settlement after marriage of Jacob Neufville of Jamaica, and Sibella Phoebe his wife; reciting the will (1783) of her father William Sutherland of Lymington, Hants., his legacy to her of £1000; that she was 21 this June, that she has as yet no marriage settlement; alludes to Jacob's plantations, negroes, etc.; - settlement concerns the said legacy of £1000
