Description

The defendants own Queen's Park, a residential building estate of about 45 houses, but have sold some of the houses and building plots there. They own a sewage tank there, from which they have allowed sewage to be carried into the Dee contrary to the provisions of the Rivers Pollution Prevention Act, 1876.
