Written from Ewart, Wooler, Northumberland

Asks her to send some copies of their appeal for Funds. The executors of Hortense Wild (in Strasbourg) sent her some money to be disposed of as indicated: a part is to be given to the best movement or effort in London on behalf of vegetarianism. She wishes it had been left to the Federation. She supposes 'Lady Henry is still impenitent'.
