James Barrett, master, and Joseph Williams, mariner, both of the sloop The Cate of Padstow, testified to the loss of 45 bushels of salt, on which duty had been paid, out of 'six tun' of white salt shipped at Bristol on 11 September, for John Griffin of Padstow, due to stormy weather on the voyage to Padstow.

Vice-treasurer to pay Mr Hendy, coroner, his bill.

Three bridge rates to be levied on the county, and paid to Joseph Yonge, gent., Surveyor (west).

Four gaol and marshalsea rates to be levied and paid to John Lyne, gent., Vice-treasurer.
