Mortgage from Thomas Ferrers of Sutton Coldfield esq. to Thomas Betham of Bikmarsh esq. of 14 acres of land called Deer meadow in Baddesley Clinton near the capital messuage called Baddesley House, the said house and lands being in the tenure of John Weetman. To hold the same for 1,000 years with provision that the same should be void upon re-payment of £153 15s. on or before 6 September 1735. Consideration: £150.
