King (1878), enfranchised by Ecclesiastical Commissioners (1878), conveyed by King to Edwin Bryan (1879), mortgaged to Rev. T.H.F.Hickes (1880), conveyed to him (1887), conveyed by Hickes to H.M.Gibbs (1888). Includes abstract of title [1838-1887] 1888.
