Draft award of John Newsham of Chadshunt and Charles Bentley of Little Kington esquires, Humphrey Whyle of Wellesbourne and John Rogers of Fenny Compton clerks and [blank] gentlemen, commissioners appointed by an Act of Parliament made in the year 172[ ] entitled an Act to enclose the common field of Lighthorne and a common called Lighthorne Heath in the co. of Warwick. The draft is undated but appears to have been written in 1721.
Endorsed: Draught of ye Commissioners orders relateing to ye inclosure of Lythorne pursuant to ye Act of Parliament and to be registered at Warwick Quarter sessions.
