Parties 1a) John James Perry of Steeple Aston, surgeon. 1b) Avice wife of 1a., late Avice Dew, spinster, daughter of Martin Dew, late of Somerton, yeoman, deceased, who d. intestate and was nephew and devisee in reversion in the will of John Marten Watson, late of Somerton, gent. deceased, who was nephew and devisee in the will of Marian Cheney, late of Somerton, widow, deceased 1c) Louisa Mary Dew of Somerton, spinster, another daughter of Martin Dew. 2) John Allcock of Synesham, Northants, yeoman. In consideration of 5s., 1. lease to 2. for a year: Property: Messuage with offices, outhouses, other edifices and buildings, yard and garden and all appurtenances in New St., Chipping Norton, formerly held by James Radburn, barber, then by Joseph Fletcher, then by his widow and now by John Allcock, son of 2.
