Including the steward's rooms and apartments 'now occupied by the Deputy Gaoler' and 'the building called the Market' adjoining the Market Place, and the gaol, gaolyard and garden, the stables 'lately occupied by John and William Bateman' and two small tenements adjoining the gaolyard, along with the Market and Fair Dues, Tolls etc. Correspondence, conveyance, plan and deed of covenant to produce deeds
