Lease and release, the release being a mortgage by Joseph Cresswell (as above) to John Hardy of Stratford-upon-Avon, same county, banker, and Henry Hawkes of the same, corndealer, for £450 of the equity of redemption of a reversionary interest in premises in Studley (see DR 36/141-142, DR 36/147, DR 36/148-149, 150 and DR 36/152 above).
