Recitals:- Marriage settlement, 15 May 1866, of Hannah Winn, prior to marriage to Joseph Winn, assigning all personal estate to George Willock as trustee during her life, at her death to pay annuity of £50 to her husband and to deal with principal as she directed
- Conveyance, 26 August 1869 between George Willock, Hannah Winn, Joseph Winn and Thomas Cummings, whereby premises [as in deed of gift 31 January 1844] and messuage called Church Bank, Burton were conveyed to George Willock upon trust to deal with as Hannah should direct by deed or will
Bequests include:- to George Willock and Richard Newton of Burton, schoolmaster, premises [as in conveyance 26 August 1869], as for Church Bank, in trust for Joseph Winn for life in lieu of above recited annuity, as for Red Dragon Yard premises in trust for sister Isabella Marston for life, then to whomsoever she appoints; on death of Joseph Winn, Churchbank, Burton to be held in trust for use of George Croasdell, grandson of sister Mary Croasdell, charged with £400 to be used by trustees in discharging mortgage of £400 on Red Dragon Inn, Kirkby Lonsdale, made by trustees of will of George Cumming, her brother deceased, as long as James Croasdell son of George Cumming, her brother deceased, as long as James Croasdell son of sister Mary becomes seized of said inn, if not he to receive £400
- To husband Joseph Winn, all personal estate, on trust to pay debts, and legacies below mentioned
- To brother Thomas Cummings, £200
- To sister Isabella Marston, £200
- To four children of niece Elizabeth Redmond, £10 each
- To Thomas, John, William, Mary and Jane Garnett, children of sister Agnes Garnett, £19 19 each
- To Martha Willock, wife of George Willock, £10, and to each of her three children £10
