Articles of agreement.
(i) John Giles of Tedstall [Tedstill in parish of Chetton] co. Salop., farmer, and Edward Giles of Monkhopton, co. Salop., farmer.
(ii) John Dyer of Morville, co. Salop., gent.
(i), at their expense, to make out a good title to hereditaments mentioned below, and deliver abstract to (ii), and on or before 25 March 1820 to convey to (ii) messuage or inn called the Hole in the Wall, with brewhouse, stables, in garden, etc. appertaining, some leasehold and some freehold, in parish of St. Mary Magdalen in Bridgnorth, co Salop., and to other leasehold and freehold messuages etc. in Bridgnorth.
(ii) will pay (i) £230 purchase money.
Letters of acquittance for £30, part of purchase money, endorsed.
