Recital of lease and release, 2 and 3 May 1797 to Elizabeth Price (see S.R.O.1267/25) and her will, proved 1807. Recital of Hannah Mountford's settlement, 26 August 1811 (see S.R.O.1267/25) and assignment to James Amphlett Grove on trusts for sale, 31 January and 1 February 1825 (S.R.O.1267/25)

Recital of will of John Stanier 1803 (see endorsement S.R.O.1267/25); lease and release 9 and 10 April 1841 (S.R.O.1267/28-9) and indenture of 26 March instant (endorsement on S.R.O.1267/27)

Llewellin, Cross and Healing, though appearing as parties to the release of 1 February 1825, never executed it, the receipt for the £600 being signed by Hannah Llewellin only and the moneypaid to her alone. She survived her husband. By will 28 April 1830 she appointed Richard Minton, William Wilding, Thomas Evans, and James Evans executors. Codicils of 2 June 1830, 29 July 1830 and 2 November 1830 did not affect this. Will proved 25 January 1831 by Minton, Wilding, and Thomas Evans, PCC.

Elizabeth Price left her sisters Mary Waring and Alicia Harper her coheiresses at law. Mary Waring died March 1812 intestate, leaving Alicia her heir at law. Letters of administration were granted to Alicia by the Consistory Court of the Bishop of Lichfield and Coventry, 3 June 1812.

Alicia Harper by will 24 December 1819 devised to Thomas Wilkinson and Richard France all real and other estates vested in her as mortagee or trustee. Will proved by the executors PCC 31 July 1820

Consideration: £600 paid to Hannah Llewellin as above, and 5s each to Wilkinson, France, Minton, Wilding and Evans. Remise and quitclaim of the property as mortgaged to Elizabeth Price, to use of Pritchard and Pugh on trusts and subject to the equity of redemption as declared 26 March instant.
