Also of a messuage or tenement and premises and 2 crofts of land containing 3 acres called Conneys in the occupation of Mr Street; a cottage to the said tenement adjoining at or near Pendhill in Bletchingley and lands called Heyfield and Heyfeild meade containing 16 acres in Bletchingley
Also a moiety of wood or wood grounds called Combe Wood &c. described in deed of 30 Aug. 1664 (No. SAS-RF/13/27)
