Indenture, lease.
(1) Thos. Abbott of St. Margaret's, Westminster (Mx.), shoemaker.
(2) John Dudley of Warwick, baker.
(1) to (2) messuage, back kitchen, garden and premises with appurts. on south side of High Street or High Pavement in parish of Saint Mary in Warwick, adjoining on west messuage in occ. of Sara Commamys, widow, and on east messuage in occ. of Eliz. Bullock, widow. Free liberty of egress and regress reserved to (1) during day time to view repairs and decays. Term 7 years. Rent £7. per annum. Provision for resumption of premises to (1) if rent unpaid 14 days after specified terms. Specified covenants including (2) at own cost to strip dwelling house and repair tiling and at end of lease leave premises (fire excepted) in tenantable repair.
