Description:

1. Construction of a railway line to form a junction between the G.E.R. Cambridge and Ely main line and the G.E.R. Newmarket Branch.

2. Widening of the line and improvements at Cambridge Station, between Hills Road and Mill Road, Cambridge.

3. Widening and improvement of the Cambridge and Norwich main line at Ely.

4. Widening and improvement of the Lynn and Wisbech Railway Line at Wisbech.

5. Diversion of the crossing in Mill Road, Cambridge.
