Mary Parris of Mayfield, widow of Thomas Parris the elder of Mayfield, cordwainer, Thomas Parris the younger of Mayfield, cordwainer, John Parris of Northiam, cordwainer, Samuel Winder of Halden in Kent, blacksmith, and his wife Mary, William Ranger of Northiam, carpenter, and his wife Jane (surviving children of TP the elder), to Thomas Hooper of Mayfield, gent, in trust

Messuage, kitchen, outhouses and barn (now converted into several dwellings) with adjoining closes, gardens and orchards, occupied by William Levett, John Lathams, John Venn, Robert Foster, Widow Marshall and William Winter, at the west end of the town of Mayfield (E, N: road; E: barn and garden of Stephen Parker, gent, late Abraham Stollyon, gent; S: lands of TH, late John Newnham; W: messuage and backside of Robert Foster, late Edward Bushnell)

For MP for life, remainder in fourth parts to (1) TP, (2) JP, (3) SW and MW for their lives with remainder to her only son Thomas Chamberlyn by her former husband

Thomas Chamberlyn and to her daughters Mary Winder and Ann Winder, and (4) WR and JR and her heirs
