Between the grantees under the above deed (No.SAS-PN/866) concerning the premises thereby conveyed that Sir Robert Jenkinson should be permitted to receive the rents and profits thereof for his life And that if the said Sir Robt. Jenkison should at any time convey to Anne Mary his wife, daugh. of the said Sir Robert Lee, manors, lands &c. of the clear yearly value of £350, or by his Will or otherwise give or leave to the said Anne Mary, leases, good money or chattels of the clear value of £4000, then the said Lee and Lambert would convey the said manors and premises as Sir Robt.
