Interior of the Princess Beatrice Ward in the London Hospital. Children sit in their cots, or play with toys placed around the ward. Four nurses can be seen in the picture. Postmarked (London) and stamped. Message on reverse (ink) reads: 'With [......] greetings love Effie. Worked in this ward a while ago.'
