(3) pp. 4-14, 35-79, Petition to Parliament of several Merchant Adventurers of the Indian and African Company of Scotland and of the Supercargo, Captain and other officers of the [Scots Company's] ship Annandale seized in 1703 by order of the East India Company 1710-11. In a kind of reprisal the Worcester was seized at Leith and Capt. Thomas Green executed as a pirate in 1705. State Trials XIV. (4) pp. 14-35, Reports of Auditors of the Imprests relating to the method of computing the Duties on East India Unrated Goods 1711. (5) pp. 41-79, Conference between Lords and Commons, 14th Sept. 1695, respecting the evil effect upon English trade caused by the establishment of the Scotch East India Company, and consequent Petition to the King by the Lords and Commons and by the United Company of Merchants of Great Britain trading to the East Indies.
